Size - Use the following guide to select the Binding that is best for you. As a knitted product, the Binding will stretch to your foot and tighten slightly after washing.

Open image in slideshow, To use your binding, first open the pocket to insert your foot support by pulling the inner toe layer through the opening in the outer layer. Next, slide your support to the back of the pocket and realign the toe layers. Now you're ready to put your foot in! Once on, there should be a layer of fabric between your foot and support to tell you that you've done it correctly.
